What do the packages cost and what do I get?

Prices start from £8.99 a month for a one page website. Check this comparison guide to see what you get in each package.

Can I pay monthly for my website?

Absolutely, the monthly rates are given in the comparison guide. The contract is that we will host your site for either 12, 18 or 24 months depending which package you choose.

Is that the minimum contract period then?

Yes, you are committed to a 12 month hosting period for the 'Standard', 18 months for 'Premium' packages and 24 months for the 'Premium+', 'CMS/Portal' and 'eCommerce' packages. After that period is up you are free to take your site to a different provider if you like, but we hope that you'll choose to stay with us.

What if I want to cancel my contract and host my site elsewhere?

We can't imagine why you would want to do that, but if you wanted to there is an option to 'buy your site'. Details are in the comparison guide.

Who owns the domain name?

You do! After the initial contract has expired if you wish you can take it elsewhere. We are sure you won't want to however!

Who owns the copyright to the files on the website

We do! However if you really, really want to take them elsewhere we will happily come to some arrangement.

Can I upgrade my package?

Yes, just drop us a line.

Can I downgrade my package?

Unfortunately that is not possible, however if you contact us we will discuss the options with you.
